Synergy assisted one client with the implementation of a CRM for sales and marketing. We suggested the solution should be a strategic implementation of the CRM and encompass the entire company from accounting, sales, marketing operations and support. The full integration successfully created one record per customer and allowing the entire organization know the activities within an account saving money, time and improved profitability through collaboration and better service for the client.
Synergy worked with a client to implement a CRM corporate wide. There were over 20 databases with client records meaning there were more than 20 duplications of a client. We consolidated the databases into one resulting in one record per client. Tasks that took 50 minutes to complete before the consolidate now took 4 minutes under the single database approach. This saved the company one full time FTE and improved the turnaround time for clients to receive information from the customer.
